Lightning Looking for New ECHL Affiliate | Bolt Prospects
The Tampa Bay Lightning as an organization prioritizes ice time for development, so the ECHL has had an increase in importance to the club under Steve Yzerman to get players such as Sergeev and Hutchings ice time when the AHL was too deep to start the season. As it is now, the Lightning will look elsewhere – possibly Kansas – to find ice time for those players. Stay tuned.

When you read the history of the Stanley Cup championship, last years tournament was absolutely in the spirit of the game. Looking forward to my Chicago Blackhawks to make a run.
