I started this in the earlier revolver section, but when I went to see it it was a Classic model, a 58-1.

This is the one that I was told about and looked at this morning. It is beautiful, perfect,in the box with all papers, etc.

If it didn't have these, I would have walked out:

but after I looked at them, I decided that if I wanted the stags, I had to get the gun, so I did. It came with the original dinky sized classic grips, so I can see why the original owner got something nice for it.

I don't like the hole but I figured at $750 the grips alone were worth about 1/2 of what I paid.

The stags look like they were custom made for the gun as they fit perfectly to the frame. The disks are made of plexiglass, with the sticky paper still on them.

I think I'll put them on my 'real' M58 or possibly on my nickle 29-2. I'll see how they fit a little later.

The gun has a fired shell dated 4/2010

I think I did ok.

10-4 on the 58. You didn't do bad. I stumbled upon that shop yesterday while out on the motorcycle. What a selection of stock they have. Stores up my way are bare.

Went in snooping for a 3" M13 or 65. Walked out with a 629 DX.

The stags look like Grashorns. That is how he does his disc on the back. Good deal.

Mike
