Night Sights on a 3" model 13?

I got to hold one of these over the Christmas holidays and was really enamored with it.

Product: Model 640

Not in the market for a new gun but the idea of having night sights installed on my 13-3 3" is very appealing to me.
Since I do not plan on selling it I am not concerned with depreciating the collector's value of the piece.
Not sure I would go as far as having the cylinder modified to accept moonclips but I may want to have the cylinder holes chamfered for a quicker reload.

Can anyone recommend a gunsmith that could do this?

Familiar with TK's work but really more interested in night sights and chamfering the charge holes.

You might try calling Tooltech: Home

They have done several S&W revolvers for me with no problems. But, they all had removable sights. Unfortunately, you are going to have to ship it, no matter who you send it to.
