Nikon p22 scope?

the p22 is the new scope. It just got introduced at shot show 12. I just ordered mine and its coming today I cant wait. Just about every website that i have found that sells it has the promo for the free mounts

Thanks for the clarification. I got one ordered yesterday before the free mount deal ended. Can't wait to get it mounted.

Got one last week from Cabelas for $179 shipped with Nikon rings- mount. What an awsome scope busting clays at 50-75-100 yards using the bdc dots rapid fire. Busting clays at 100 into smaller and smaller peices till I couldnt see them. Bright clear glass worth every penny. Im 100% sold on this scope.

Jim. I just received this scope from Cabelas also, but without the mounts. I purchased it within the promo period and assumed they would include them. I plan on giving them a call tomorrow, but did they just send the mounts with the scope or did you have to include them in your order?

When I called Cabellas I made sure they knew about the free rings/mounts. The scope and mount came in one package, also they said the would have to charge me to ship it. Told them I could get it from optics planet shipped free for the same price and the said they would ship it for free. I would call them they sometimes will have items at diffrent stores and you will get several deliveries for the same order. Cabellas will take care of it, the deal they have includes the mount. If you go to Nikon hunting, you can do the spot on ballistic program and type in your zero, power mag and ammo and get a tragectory print out for you specific round. If you use your i=phone app at the range it will calculate humidity & altitude. Good shooting. Jim

I did the Prostaff too in a 3-9x40 BDC 150 flavor. I like it a lot and also very new to me. Only about a 100 rounds so far and playing with it. I do like the little zeros on the down to compensate for Bullet Drop. Got it for $170 at my local shop.

Hayden.

Which rings are you using?

I have played with the P-22 at Shot Show last Jan. but haven't put a round down range under one yet, but very soon I hope! I can honestly say not one person I showed this and the P-223 Scope to didn't want one! Great quality, glass, price and warranty. Hard to beat. Glad some of you guys got to take advantage of Mount 'Em Up Promotion. Just like last year it was a huge success. I hope you guys didn't have trouble finding what you wanted?

Not to really change the subject, but since it kind of deals with this topic, I'll ask anyways. What is the difference between a nikon with EFR(extended forcus range) and the BDC (Bullet Drop Compensation)? I have been thinking about getting the EFR scope, thought I would ask once i saw this topic. Thank you in advance.

Go, The Target EFR will focus down to 10 yards for precision shooting of 22's/Air Rifles. The Reticle is a Crosshair and dot for precision accuracy.
The Rimefire BDC 150 has Parallax set at 50 yards and 1/4 inch adjustments at 50 yards. The BDC allows you to utilize Spot On Ballistic Program to further enhance your accuracy with your particular ammo choice. I haven't tried out the EFR yet but I have an accurate turtle shooter just waiting for one!
Spot ON info can be found at Nikonhunting.com, it's all FREE.

Ya I've looked at the website after I posted on here. Was just hoping if someone had experience with both. Thank you for the help.
