No UPS gun shipment at my store

I went to ship a gun to an FFl at my local UPS store only to find they wouldn't ship any firearms. Even from an FFL. Had a big sign as you walked in. I said something to the counter person about UPS being an authorized shipper of ammo and firearms. I got a big look of disdain from her as she said something like "not from our store"
(This stuff is getting funky)

I think it's only from a UPS terminal, not a satellite store. Same with FedEx

Just for the record...

The " Store Front " UPS stores are independently owned franchises .. They are NOT a UPS " HUB ".. The franchisees will not handle firearms.. Hence the response..

The HUB will of course handle your package.. assuming you get the right clerk.. The supervisor sometimes has to get involved..

I have never had a problem at a " HUB"
