NOCO lithium booster packs

It doesn't like being charged to 100%, and stored away. It shortens the life of the (lithium battery) cell.

We can get by with charging cellular phone batteries to 100% every nite, because the battery immediately begins discharging, as soon as it's freed from charger.

Good advice but you don't need to worry about 100%. Most lithium chargers go as far as 90-95% and call it 100. If my cell is in the mid 90s I''ll call it good and unhook it.

My 2 1/2 yo iphone se is still reporting 100% batt health.

I have a similar unit made by Scosche. My younger son gave it to me for Christmas about 3 years ago. So far its worked fine when needed.
I actually forget about it and let it go about a year between charges. When I checked it, it still showed an 80% charge.

I got a Gooloo 1500A last Christmas on Amazon and it has worked great the 8 or 10 times I've used it for jump starting cars/trucks and cell phone charging while camping. It's very compact and much lighter than the older lead-acid jump boxes.
