What some of our legislators are proposing simply amounts to Treason. Any of us that Take the Oath to protect and defend the Constitution would b e commiting treason to do anything that is a blatent infringement on our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
At some point...and I think sooner rather than later, we may have to stand up and demand that blatent violations of our Constitution are Treason and charge those that are doing it with Treason....and let the chips fall where they may.
Elected office is not open season on The People's Rights. We have laws in this country and people paid to enforce the laws. We need to demand that our elected officals start to realize that they have limits...that "We The People" will not tolerate them going beyond and "WE" will hold them responsible for any in fraction of the Oath to protect and defend the constitution. That is the next thing I plan to start pushing on my elected officals...some do not listen...next step has to be to charge them with a crime...and see that they are proscuted. I see the FBI just tagged a Senator for violations of his office as in bribing fellow Senators......that is mild compared to trampling our Constitution...so what does it take to charge them with a crime? I thin k the time has come to fight fire with fire....and they need their feet held to the fire no matter how high up the scale they think they are....
