Noobie- love my rifle

Been lurking for a couple of weeks as I studied up on which 22 semi I wanted for my new hobby. Familiar with hand-guns but have not done much (professionally or personally) with rifles. Picked this baby up this morning as my Christmas present to myself. Ran four mags through with no problems. I look forward to reading/ learning more about my rifle. Thanks and glad to be on-board.

You have probably already fallen for this gun. It is like driving a sports car. Try different brands of ammo to see what works best for you. Some of the stuff that is not highly thought of on this site works well for me, and some of the high end ammo does not cycle well. Just depends on the gun.

Got to do some more plinking yesterday (4th outing since I acquired it a month ago). My now retired partner brought his AR-15 along. We had a blast popping coffee cans, targets, and even a full sized Terminator placard (sorry Arnold). First time I'd had a chance to compare to my buddy's Colt. Beats the heck out of going to 'the range'.

Also put a few through my 637 for good measure.
