Now I'm stumped

Found this 3 1/2" bbl at a yard sale, S&W 357 Magnum I noticed the full length lug and at end of lug it goes up at about a 90 degree angle almost straight with the barrel and the top strap seems to be thicker.
I have searched numerous threads looking for something that has this type barrel. Most other lugs go up at more of an angle. Trying to figure out what pistol this came off of.
Any suggestions and thanks for the input.

Did you measure from the very end of the threads or the start of the barrel rib?
Looks like a 4" barrel from an L frame Model 586 to me.

Actually it measures 3 3/8 exactly starting at barrl rib to end of bbl and 4" to end of threads, 4" bbl
I looked at everything else, Yes it looks like off a 586 or something of that nature.

The correct measurement is to the very end of the threads so it is a 4" barrel,
Im about 99% sure its a 4" 586 barrel.
