TROPICAL STORM KIRK DISCUSSION NUMBER 20
NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL AL112012
1100 AM AST SUN SEP 02 2012

KIRK IS NOT EXPECTED TO LIVE LONG AND PROSPER. VISIBLE SATELLITE
IMAGES AND A 1214 UTC ASCAT PASS INDICATE THAT THE SYSTEM STILL HAS
A CLOSED CIRCULATION BUT IT IS BECOMING ELONGATED.

So Spock has retired and working part time at the NHC. I suspect if he is allowed to program the computer projections things will get better. Those various models look like a daddy longlegs on your windshield at 60 MPH.

Trying to show the "sensitive" side of hurricanes so everyone doesn't hate them so much. Spread the love!

You'd have an odd sense of humor too if you sat in front of a computer screen every day watching for aberrant behavior patterns.

 Oh oh... Never mind. ;)
