So the question is, why does the administration want this story to break at this precise moment? How do they benefit?
The push for gun control in America and perhaps the world.
Sell the fear of guns.
And there are so many ways to get gun control in America without even touching the 2nd amendment.
Ammo control, the closing of ranges etc.
And once your name gets on any kind of list you can forget about it because as it stands today there is not even a course of action to get off a no-fly list. If denied currently at the FFL's you can appeal to the ATF but they don't even have to address it.
What's this all mean possibly, perhaps a blemish spot on your credit report gets you flagged because it says irresponsible person.
How about you can only own a gun if you are college educated and making x-amount a year.
How about they make us start carrying liability insurance.
The point to some of it is to make it so cumbersome and expensive you have no choice but to find a new hobby.
In my State alone over the last several years, all of our outdoor public ranges have shut down. This has happen by people moving in from out of State and then complaining to the city councils about the noise and potential danger. And because of the increased revenue from the tax-base their incomes and building of new homes has created the city council's fold and then don't reissue the permits to operate and the ranges close. Some in operation for over 60 years.
If you have no where to shoot, you see how this all works.
The anti-gunners are going about it through the back door without even mentioning the 2nd amendment and it's working in some places.
They don't have to ban anything. But if you can't buy ammo or have a place to shoot.
And then we get to the conspiracies of it all, is Michael Bloomberg's pledge of $1 Billion dollars to get the guns out of America really all about making America safer ?
I for one don't even believe it's 5% of that.
He along with the other mega wealthy 1% around the world are about protecting their wealth. And they don't want the guns turned towards them because of how wide the economic disparity has grown in America. They bought off the police dept's years ago to protect their interest, which is why now they look no different than regular military.
We are no longer viewed as 'we the people' by the police, but simply as 'civilians'. What they did was in effect remove the civilian police forces from among the public. And that started around 1971, the 1960's scared the you know what out of some.
Katrina should have been the wake up call to even the Whites out here, when the general population tried to cross that bridge who where the police protecting on the other side, their wealthy masters. And when the order was given they open fire on them. And not one has ever been held accountable for that.
Just as not one was ever held accountable for stealing over $1 million dollars in new Cadillacs from a dealership and most turning up later over a thousand miles away. All it showed was how all the poor where looting.
It's no longer if a SHTF it's only now a matter of time and when it does the cops are not be anymore viewed or trusted as the common street thug, because between trying to protect their own families they will be out there robbing and murdering as well.
And this is not a rant against the cops, because I have lived around or among the low-lives in society most of my life and if we didn't have the cops, even corrupt ones this country would be no better than any 3rd world dump around the world.
But make no mistake they are not out here to protect and serve the general population.
"To Protect and Serve" was only ever marketing.
