After lunch today I stopped by Academy to walk around to kill a little time and I saw an OD Green 15-22. The upper and lower were green and the pistol grip and butt stock were black. It also had a flash hider. I was drooling, but I already have my 15-22! Oh yea and the lettering was all white already as well.

Damn, wish I had gotten OD green, haven't seen them anywhere. It would match my XD 45ACP Tactical

I picked up one last week. And took it to the range. It shot like a dream and fun as all get out. The guy beside me had a regular AR that would not shoot any of the ammo he had. An he had just bought 2000 more rounds of it. Oh well I guess I will just keepnon shooting my cheap .22 ammo. Love this gun and the fact that it is OD just makes it better.

OD Green M&P 15-22

Hey whats up guys? This is my MP 15 22 i bought a couple of weeks ago. I love this gun. It is so much fun to shoot. Ive added a BSA red dot sight that i bought the same day as the gun. It works GREAT!! Ive been wanting to find a bi-pod for it but cant find one that extends far enough. Any recommedations?

DeathCrush, I bought my mom a 15-22 in pink and black for her birthday, she has a tru-glo scope and a caldwell pivoting bi-pod that is adjustable between 6&9 in. It would be the perfect addition to your rifle, i think you can purchase it through mid-way usa or cabela's

Hey Unit505. Tell me about that gun rest/bench/stand or whatever it is. Looks interesting, cause I've been looking for a PORTABLE bench rest, but not sure how that one works.

Deathcrush, you should look on amazon.com or opticsplanet.com at the leapers bi-pod. They have a tactical 1 that I believe is 6" to 9" and a sniper 1 that is 6" to 12" high. I had the sniper 1 on my 15-22. I got mine for $35 shipped on opticsplanet but I think amazon.com has the same 1 for like $25 or so. It works great and it doesn't add much weight.

I have the MAKO FAB Tactical G2 fore grip bi pod. Love it. Works great on my 15-22 with long mags. They have a earlier model that doesn't rotate and also the open/close works a little different. I see on Ebay, there is already a chinese copy of the MAKO G2 at about half the price (65 bucks), I really like the G2 for the rotation ability, great for plinking targets that span a little width without moving your bi pod.
