I called Sling Point. Nice guys, but no ammo in stock. He told me they have had issues with the site reverting back to items being in stock from over 3 years ago. I was told nothing should have been charged, but if for some reason a charge went through to call back and they'd take care of it.

Yes, when they ship you will get tracking information. Ususally they are quick. I just got a box today from them with some .22 in it and it only took a few days from order. It shipped out of south WI.

Side note - does anyone know how to get this ad off of my post?

I See no Ad on your post .. and no [AD] from my firewall .. you mean the NRA sticker? You can disable that from your Control Panel I believe.

Does anyone know how the shipping process works at Cabela's? So I did the order and got a conformation email. What next? Do I get an email when it ship's out? How long do they take to process orders? Thanks.

You can sign into your account at Cabela's and check your order history to follow it as it goes from processing to shipping etc. and it will show tracking info usually before you get the shipping email. They seem to be shipping pretty quickly.
