That is the same answer I got yesterday from them. I also went to the store and got 2100 rounds for 101.00. I did pretty good.

^ditto - same thing happened to me. They called me and left message stating my order was changed from 50 boxes down to 10 and put on indefinite backorder. You'd think that these companies, especially huge ones like Bass Pro would have a better inventory system.

That’s strange, I just called because I got the voice message last night (I did get the backorder email after my order yesterday) and they said they lowered my order to 10 and should ship today or tomorrow. She said they had received a shipment.

On the phone with Basspro now i ordered at 6 am for 150 boxes they have charged my credit card and have been told numerous times that the order would ship today I called to ask about the quantity of what would be shipping and she said she seen the order for 150 but they had 0 on hand and didn't know why it was charged and scheduled for shipment since they have 0 on hand waiting for a supervisor now to look further into it
Okay, they reduced my order to 10 and its shipping today they said they computer system didnt take the max quantity of 10 for some reason so they are re-keying all the orders that came in which she said was around 2400 before they took it offline
Oh well figured it was 2 good of a deal, She did confirm that my closest store nashville tn had over 100 500 count boxes in stock but that's a 2.5 hour drive

My order was placed about 7:25AM EST and I received the order confirm came at 7:35AM. Seeming pretty fishy here in my opinion.

For those of you yesterday that ordered the CCI blazers from Bass Pro!
Just checked my order and it has been switched to 10 boxes. Apparantly there was a 10 box limit per customer that the computer wasn't flagging so im out 40 boxes

The walmart app scores again. I'm done shopping for 22 ammo now. If you don't have the WalMart app on your phone your missing out. If it shows in stock at night, it's there. It might not be on the shelf until the next morning, but as far as I can tell, that app is very close to "real time" stock availability. Thank you again to the original poster, about this app!
Walmarts in my area keep showing stock, but I keep getting told they have none when I go by or call. Same run around at 6 walmarts. I am not sure if it is on the way in or is being snagged by employees and stashed.
Just bear in mind that depending on where you are at, no matter how hard you push that is says in stock, it may not matter.
One store told me that they can get up to 3 trucks a day and sometimes it take 2 days to unload. He said that if it is on the truck it will list in stock even it is has not been received in.

I didn't have the app til somebody mentioned it on here but have been telling you guys for awhile now that if it ses it's in stock on the website it's there. Has been for me every time can't trust some of the people on the phone or behind the counter to be totally truthful with ya though. Thanks again for whoever posted the app!

Unfortunately for me there are only about 2 stores that seem to have 1 out of all their 22lr brands in "limited stock". And each is over an hour away from me so i'm not about to drive out there only for it to be gone.
I'm on the phone with Bass pro CS, they are checking on it but the lady is now saying she is checking with the warehouse. She didn't say anything about 10 out of my 12 being shipped...
Yup, just confirmed, back ordered and "they'll be filling the orders as they can with their stock". Guess i'll still keep it open till the end of the month. If not, I talked to my son who lives 15 minutes away to pick me up some from the store when he can.

Can someone post the walmart phone app link again please?
If you are using an Android phone, just open the Google Play Store app, search for "walmart" and install. Probably similar for an iPhone with their app store.
The app doesn't seem too accurate in west Denver.

I had a similar problem with a few stores showing stock. I haven't yet been able to tell where the error is; either the staff is holding for themselves (stock has been in several days so unlikely), staff has misplaced the inventory somewhere in the warehouse, or its just one mistake in the system.
I'd say establish a base line of what is/isn't in stock and if it changes from there you could be in a little luck.
