I thought that the Remington Golden Bullet was not recommended for use in the 15-22? Read in another thread on here that many have had issues with it and it also says in the owners manual not to use it.

I put in an order and it seems to have gone thru! I've beed looking at this forum for weeks but was always too late. FYI, I'm in Phoenix AZ and have had NO luck at WM.
My local shooting range WILL let you buy 22lr at 10 cents a round to shoot at the range, assuming they have some in stock.

Some have had a lot of FTE and FTF with them. Others say they don't have any issues. I think the older 15-22s didn't like them for whatever reason, but they never changed the manual.
How do you know they are in stock?
I just bought 300 rounds from there too, I hope they're actually in stock and a good site to buy from. I got a confirmation e-mail so not sure if that means they are in stock or not. But I'm hoping they are because I'm in Southwest VA and NO WHERE locally has any I have been checking everywhere. I just bought my 22 last Saturday and have not been able to find any ammunition to be able to shoot much. My SIL had some so I managed to shoot maybe 20 rounds and that has been it. I really hope this shortage lets up soon.

Was just at Walmart and they had 2 cases of the M-12's got so excited. Told the guy I wanted 3 boxes. The freaking system wouldn't ring them up and he could not sell them to me!!!

I would not walk out of their until he got a manager in there, got it fixed in the system and I purchased them. That's crazy!
