I have the app, so why don't any of the 6 walmart super centers in my city ever have ammo? I live in West Texas, so you would think that the Walmarts here would be receiving ammo.

i dont use the app, i dont know how accurate it is, i will say that walmart.com seems to be very acurate. which is what ive been using, just checked now and that walmart that i just got the 2 case from shows out of stock now online.

Sportsmansguide.com look up the item number. I used the blazer. put a wx2- infront of the item number in the "quick catalog" order area. lets you add to cart and order. gives order confirmation and expected ship date (July for 2K+ rounds of blazer at < $.05 pr. Not sure it will work, but if it does.............

also put an order for 1000 rnds of 223 brown bear. We will see.

SG only charges you when they ship. They're a good company to use and I had both types of ammo on back order.

Confirmation of backorder says it does not charge the CC. and they send you a $5 coupon for the inconvience (fwiw). No risk in my mind. I may get a nice package of reasonably priced ammo this summer.

Better than belly aching and i need to do something before racing of to the next in stock notice at wallyworld.

I think the back order is a good hedge. Use the ones that don't charge upfront and your risk is minimal. Hit a big score in the meantime and cancle the BO. No brainer.

I ordered 2 bricks, we will see what happens. Like you said can always cancel, or have bonus shipment in summer.

Preppers website. They say they will have it the 15th of next month. I bought 5 cans back when they had it in stock. Can verify it's the ammo they say and it ran flawless in my 15-22 today.

Note: they will charge your card when you order. I called last week to ask.
