Okay...so I went to Palmeto to get 1000rnds of Mini Mags. Put info in...click the order button...wait...wait....I then read the messages here that they were OOS. All of a sudden it went through about 5 minutes ago.
I got my order confirmation by email.

I think I got in on time!
 
1 box of CCI MiniMag 100rd count for $8.99 today at Cabela's. Also scored some .45ACP.

My order for the 38gr American Eagle finally went through also. Got the error pop up at least 20 times then, it went through and the confirmation email came in a few seconds later.
 
These guys have a couple options, one is target and one appears to be match grade. Discount for 10+ boxes. Shipping is a little high so I passed. Over 10cents per round but might be something for someone, please note there is subsonic on that page as well, avoid the subsonic unless you have a gun that can use it:

Psa website is the worst site I've seen in a long time. Tryed for over 4 hours to get even one box of 22 lr. Maybe they should shut down their site until it can handle the traffic it has been getting

Note on ordering from Cabelas: I'm one of their club members with a Visa card from them. I called in to see if I could sweet talk anyone into selling more more than one box of CCI .22 Mini-Mags - even with the "club5" $5.00 reduced shipping charge, buying just one box wasn't worth it. The initial CSR I spoke with was firm on the 1 box limit, so I nicely asked to speak with a supervisor who might be able to approve an order of more than 1 box, explaining that the shipping made the order cost prohibitive for just one box. The supervisor was super nice, and asked me how much I wanted to order. I sheepishly said..."is five boxes OK?" I would have liked 10, but spreading $5.00 of shipping over five boxes seemed reasonable to me. She was able to process the order for me. :D
 
Sportsmans Warehouse just got crushed, they had 500rd boxes of Wildcats and 100 CCI Mini Mags in both HP and RN, I got the two box limit on both kinds of CCI. Missed out on the wildcats logging in. Showed up on gunbot, byt the time I got my notification email I had already bought the CCI and it sold out.

I'd keep your eyes open for Midway posting some stuff tonight or tomorrow.

PSA has been love/hate. They have fair prices and shipping, but when they get crushed, they get crushed. That makes it frustrating. My wins outweigh the frustrations.

Just remember, there will be more, whether it is through PSA or another site.

Okay so yes the Wal-Mart app works great! I didn't score on .22lr ammo but I did score on some cheap .223 ammo. It showed in stock so I called and he said he was pretty sure it was in the back room, after checking he confirmed and put it on the shelf. Keep using it guys for finding ammo guys!

Good people and Fair prices, but you are correct, the website and its operation are awful.

I have told them via e-mail and phone about this issue. So far no-fix in-sight. I spent 2 hours myself one day and no-joy!
