Personal Choice Outfitters is not a viable source of ammo. Made an order in January and got a confirmation email. Since then no charge to credit card, no communication and no delivery. As was stated above, bad rep with BBB. Your are better off watching this thread and following links to established outfits.
 
It is, but if you go to the cart it says most items are backordered 4-10 weeks, and an order placed today won't ship for 8+ weeks.

I was actually on the phone with a buddy who works there when it popped up on Gunbot. He just laughed.
He said of course they post all on the website, but the amounts that they're getting in at a time has been pretty pathetic lately. And with gunbot immediately tagging it, the few dozen they get would be gone before he could even get me a few himself sitting right there. He said that one shipment from last week(around 40 cases of bricks) sold out in 3 mins and the site tracked over 600k visits in that time.
So thank gunbot for their success lol
 
Well I ordered 2 bricks of the 1000rd M22 from TheWarehouseStore.com back on 4/5.

They dinked my paypal for $120 the same day. Now I get this:
Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, your item is on back order.
Estimated Date of Arrival to our warehouse is between 5/9/2013 and 7/8/2013.
As soon as your order ships, we will send an email with your tracking
number.

So they already took my money two weeks ago and just now get around to telling me its backordered and aren't going to deliver until sometime between MAY and JULY? Rofl.

I would not recommend anyone order from there.

I'm not sure what to do anymore. I can't find any 22lr.

I feel your pain...(sorry admin not trying to clog up the page, just wanting to help fellow shooters. )
I currently have 20 1000rnd boxes of Win M22(@$64.99 ea) on order with these people. The day I ordered(2/4, in preparation for a Boy Scout shoot, hence the HUGE number) they told me it was not in stock, but was on the way and they already had shipping confirmation. So I though I'd take a chance and at least be first in line. Boy was I wrong. They charged me $1397.77 with shipping and THEN send me a backorder notice. Like a fool I just let it ride since there was no stock anywhere else and these boys needed to shoot.
Long story short, 4 emails/complaints later, they've still not changed the status and will no longer reply back about any possible arrival date.
Fortunately for me, as a third year law student I have the proper terms to throw around and get a refund. But I've seen far too many other people in the same situation who've had a horrible time getting refunds.
So just a heads up since the subject of insanely long backorders and questionable business practices came up.
So summary: don't buy from these people, unlike Lohman(whom I'm still waiting for) they will NOT return messages and if you do get someone on the phone, there is no comfort in their tones. At least I talked to the owner of Lohman and he profusely apologized, and honestly seemed sincere. So no matter how long it takes(especially since he doesn't charge until the order is shipped) I'll be happy to wait.
