Trading Place Pawn in Monroe, Ga had .22 in stock today. American Eagle 50 round boxes, no bricks. $3.99 a box, about .08 a round. They also had 9mm and .40.
Monroe is east of Atlanta, between Athens and Atlanta.
Found a post on a site, where the owner of MidwayUSA had placed this photo of himself w/a dead bear. I couldn't resist the chance to bash him about his .22LR ammo selling & crazy gouging shipping prices for it. Hope the guy sees it and does something.
I just left a local Farm and Fleet (Waukesha on Bluemound near Gander Mountan, hwy 18). I scored 4 500rd bricks of Remm Thunderbolt, $24.99 per box ($0.05pr). I also scored 4 boxes of Remm 117g 9mm for $14.99 a 50rd box ($0.30pr).
I know its a local thing but I thought any of you in the waukesha/milwaukee area might want to drop in. They still have it on the push cart so it wasn't on the shelf when I left about 10min ago. Ask an employee and they will take you to the cart. 4 box purchase limit.
I live 30 min from there...but even with shipping still cheaper and readily available. If you live close and do instore pick up you need to open several different accounts if you plan on buying more than one a day...fyi or they refund the extra when you go to pick up and give you just one box they have been cracking down recently
