I just ordered this from Natchez for $19

Yeah, I noticed if you keep refreshing on their site eventually that federal box will show in stock for a split second. I got the same box locally for 15$ when I purchased my 15-22. These local shops are keeping some of it held back for when they make gun sales which makes sense.
