If they're charging you tax, then you have a store in-state.
If that's the case and it's close enough, just ship to the store for free!(Except Sales-tax of course.)
Do this on a few orders over a month(or 2) and make 1 trip to pick it all up.
(This is how I got ~4G shipped to my sister's so I could take her kids(& mine) shooting while on Vaca there.
