As for the "special handling fee", pick up a cheap desiccant box or a pack of targets to avoid the fee.
(orders $25 & over don't have it.)
Better still, commit to memory what follows below...
NOTE:Midway's single brick shipping charge is always 15 and change.
But if you add bricks of different types to your cart, it doesn't go up much at all.
If you've read last week's post, you'll see that 6/7 should be under $20.
That's their deal, it's only worth it when you're buying more than 1.
Or when you add other calibers, targets, etc...(ie. Volume)
(3 Bricks runs $16.77, 5/6 $18.77 to SFLA...YMMV)
