Yes, yes, yes, what a great day. A utility contractor ran a fiber optic cable through the easement by the road a few months ago, but today a representative stopped by and asked if they could run a temporary fiber optic cable to our home today and hook it up.
The long anticipated wait is over! He said we should see at least 500MB up and down capability. That just made my day.
