OK one more dumb ammo ?

So I've been using either mini mags or federal, but the range I use just got these in.
Winchester 525 rd 24.99
Remington thunderbolt 500 rd 23.99
Remington yellow jacket 50 rd 5.99
This is not about the price just thought I would throw that in.
What I would like to know is I can only get one which one is best in my 15-22.

Only your rifle knows for sure... but id give the Winchester a try if I could only buy one.

Winchester. I have a few bricks of it but haven't used them. I use cci tactical and federal bulk ammo. They run great.

Ive had good results with Win 555 in 5 different guns,but only your gun will tell the tale..I have a brick of thunderbolts,but haven't tried them.

I've shot all three in my 15-22 with no problems, but I would put the Winchesters at the top, too.

Sorry mine won't eat the Winchesters. Haven't tried the others I have a few boxes of federal that mine loves. I did have good luck with Remington golden bullet while I hear others do not. Like said above only your rifle will know. Its not like you can't sell them if your rifle doesn't like one or the other.

Thanks, I still have most of a 555 box of GB's that I was using when I had a major problem, I'm sure it was not the ammo but can't bring myself use them. That's why when I saw Remington thunderbolt & Winchester ( I have not used any in the 15-22 but I shoot the 9mm a lot ) I did not know if the thunderbolt had the same reputation as the GB ?

Well the Winchester sold out before I could it so I got the thunderbolt I'm sure it will be fine. Just a little Remington shy after what happened to my first 15-22.

Yes I do. But as you see I missed it so hoping mine likes the thunderbolt, it will be good to find out either way , I guess.

I have shot thunderbolts. They are ok. Seems like I get a lot of weird noises and some fail to cycle the rifle

Well I shot a few cans out back with no problem & then finally got to the range. Shot more than a few without any problems. Had 1 stovepipe when I was shooting kind of fast.

Mine doesn't like the Winchesters very well but eats Federal with no problems.

First choice would be the Winchester's, they shoot fine in my 15-22. I shy away from the others.

I put a CMC tigger in mine, swaped it with the Timney I had in it

Eats anything

I have shot almost a Box of the Dreaded Golden Bullets with no issues at all... even full mag Dumps with my Slidefire

I think becouse the Hammer hits so Hard it makes up for some of the issues with some ammo..
