Old Guy With An Old Gun

This has me smiling big time! Great job! If I see a 80 year old man with a model 10, I’m sure going to believe he knows how to shoot it. Strong work!!!

I also at 80 have great fun bringing along a "matched pair in two calibres". The first pair are a 1916 S&W Mk II and a 1935 commercial Webley Mk VI both in 0.455 Webley. The second pair are a 1939 (birth year) Enfield Mk 1 and a S&W from 1940, both in 38 S&W. The looks on the faces of the "Tupperware Brigade" when they realize that one pistol is over 100 years old, and two of the next three are octogenarians and almost there in the case of the younger S&W. Then all will put 6 rounds into the A zone if I do my job correctly at 10 yds. Dave_n

My Python and Model 25 were among my most accurate pistols (so is my Glock 27 converted to 357 Sig and also my Gold Cup)

With my grey hair and grey beard and a 75 year old WWII 1911, a century old Triple Lock, I look a bit out of place at the range with all the 20 and 30 somethings.

After I get everyone feeling a bit sorry for me I enjoy without a bit of shame emptying a magazine or a cylinder into one jagged hole at 7 yards.
