Oldest Guy

66 Here. I work behind a wine bar one day a week and one of my associates is a couple of years younger than me. We are good friends and banter back and forth all the time, giving each other wisecracks. Customers often ask if we're married. I alway say "heck no my mother in law is younger than she is!!" You oughta see the looks on their faces!!

I know of at least one here is in his upper 90's, had a story or 3 from his service during WW2.
Can't recall his handle.
57 years old and squat for memory here.

I've always wondered if we had any WW2 vets still active on the forum. Anyone know?

Just can't recall whom I mentioned a few posts back. May have been a thread the man started within the past few months with quite a few photos from the European campaign of WW2. Pretty sure he was straddling a motorbike.

Can't think of his name but the guy from Colorado who was well into his 80's and riding a Harley, awhile back.

Edit: vrichard will be 94 on Aug 17. Still riding?

I'm 76. When I was younger I did some things my way and pap said I would never live too be old because somebody would kill me. Somebody may still kill me but it can't be before I get old. :D:rolleyes: Larry

Turned 76 last month. Still reloading, shooting, buying and selling guns, and working 3.5 days per week. Still bowling, playing golf, and being Grandpa. Next week is our 54th Wedding Anniversary. Ask me again in 20 years!

I knew I was getting older when a Model 18-2 that I bought new achieved Curio and Relic status.
