Oldfella (Pete Lara) RIP

My condolences to Family and Friends.
Pete was fun and full of humor and I always looked forward to his posts.

I've already posted in this thread, but I thought back some and remembered that Oldfella had a great sense of humor and made some really funny posts. Like David Wilson said I made it a point to read his stuff.

It's certainly appropriate that we're are sad at his passing, but I think Oldfella would like it if we thought back on his humor and way of looking at life and smiled, and maybe learned something from his example.

I like to think he's got a new audience to give a chuckle to.

Thanks for the laughs and your positive attitude around here, Pete!
 
You can feel like you've lost a good friend with out ever meeting someone, just by reading their words,,maybe sending a quick message back and forth a time or two.
I'll miss him too.

Dang, this bites. I was also on his forum - Pro Gun forum it was not very active and I hadn't posted there in a while. He was certainly a gentleman on both boards and fun to read.

My condolences to the family and friends.

You will be missed good sir.
 
Sad to hear and Pete will be missed he was a humble gentleman. I think he knew time for him was short many months ago. When his forum was coming up for renewal he asked for someone to take over so that was my birthday and Christmas present last year from my wife, so the regs there would have their place to congregate. RIP Pete AKA Oldfella.
