Spent the day dumping Black Dog drum after Black Dog drum.

Not a single issue.

Oh...and the way I dump drums puts a bit of stress on my 15-22.

An Appleseed competition is nothing compared to this.

Thank you for that! That looked like a lot of problem free fun

While my barrel is away getting the chop, that video sated my desire.

Well done you! :D

50 rounds in 3 seconds. Do the math :)

Yes, but the caption on your video says 1000 rounds per second. You must have some kinda trigger finger. :D Betting math wasn't your best subject in school. :) :) :) :)

Yeah I was a bit too quick when I made the title :)

The 15-22 is a wonderful rifle. I have two and they work perfectly. The Appleseed nonsense is just that....nonsense.

Once I figured out to load the mag one round at a time with light tension, all is good with mine. Bought it when it first came out, still pretty much box stock.

Looking good. What ammo are you shooting there... Mine runs fairly good but that seemed realy good. I have the old slide fire kit with recoil enhancer cmc trigger and slide fire stock.

Whats your setup?

I have the same "older" slide fire kit with the recoil enhancer and CMC trigger. I use CCI AR Tactical exclusively. After much experimentation I found that the only ammo I get 100% dumps with is AR Tactical. Mini Mags get me to around 95%.

Another one. I just shot the NSSF Rimfire Challenge World Championship with a 15-22 for the rifle stages. 8 stages, 5 strings on between 5 and 7 plates per stage.

No misfires, no FTFs or FTEs or OOBs. When the trigger was pulled it just did what it should.

Maybe because a Project Appleseed "instructor" was NOT asked to or allowed to work on it pre match???

Shooting Targets 7?

Sorry to go off topic but your steel targets look familiar. Are you using the portable target stand from Shooting Targets 7?

My home range requires targets be at a certain height so I bought a ST7 2x4 target stand with extension legs. After 5 range trips I wire brushed and spray painted the inner side of the legs. The underside of the 2x4 also takes a beating from splatter but what a sweet target setup!

Thanks for the info on the drum magazine. Considering one if I return to bump fire.
