Someone posted on another thread that the course they are gonna take to qualify for Orange County's California concealed-carry license issue requirements calls for 500 rounds to be fired through your primary handgun, and anther 200 through any secondary handguns you want on your ticket. So 900 rounds for three handguns.
My brother is applying for a carry license down there, and the outfit he's gonna use for the course requires a lot less shooting: 200 for the primary & 100 for secondaries, so a total of 400 rounds for three guns.
That outfit is Firearms Training Associates, and the cost for a two-day 16-hour course taught by Orange County LEO's at Raahauge's in Corona is $180.
