I load on a 650 with a case feeder.
1. Inspect brass.
2. Lube with One Shot and load feeder
3. FL resize, decap, and swage in one pass. I have the GS pocket swager at station 2.
4. Trim with World Finest trimmer.
5. Tumble with SS pins.
6. Towel dry and let sit at room temp for 48 hours, minimum.
7. Inspect brass for stuck SS pins. Usually about 1/100.
8. Load feeder and go. Universal decapper in station 1. If I miss a pin I can feel it while loading.
I try to utilize the speed of the progressive with the case feeder as much as possible. The only step I do one case at a time is the trimming but the WFT makes quick work of that. I can easily trim 200 pieces in 15 minutes. That's about as many as I usually load in one session.
