I have said this many times before but coming to this site just keeps costing me money. Between the grips and the holsters I need to get my butt in gear. Beautiful stuff people.

Ha, I've got you guys beat. I had this Maine moose antler laying around for several years. I finally contacted Patrick and asked about the possibility of having him make me a set of stocks from it. After sending him the antler, he thought he could get 2-3 sets of stocks from it. I told him to send me a set of N frames and he could keep the rest.

My stocks went from this:

Awesome gun and those stocks make their mark.
 
Very nice. I have the rack from a Sambar stag I picked up in VN and have thought that I'd get it turned into stocks, Or a mount??

Elk Grips

I asked Patrick for very little bark showing. I was hopping that the contrast with a bright blue finish would show each off to good affect.

Faux Ivory or MOP I thought might clash with the finish. That is just my opinion.

Love the grips. But the brown background sure as heck doesn't work! :eek::eek::eek:
