Never heard that sayin', but I reckon you can have every one you find behind a tree.

BTW there is a lot of cactus, stunted sage brush, 1 prairie dog, and at least 8 antelope in that picture, but I don't see any wimmen.

Closest I have heard to that statement is, "Behind every sucessful rancher, there is a wife with a job in town.":(

Ranching and farming is the same everywhere. Larry:D

I never heard that sayin' before either, but if you look real close at Iggy's picture, you can just make out a tree up on that little mountain in the background, just under the snowcap.

Kentucky - Where the horses are beautiful ....

Kentucky - Where the horses are beautiful .... and the women are fast.

Think I got it right ...

Kinda like the sayin' we have down here; " A working wife is better than a rent house."

Once upon a time, [true story] when I was deer, antelope and prairie dog hunting in Wyoming I bought a shirt in the NEW YORK STORE in Buffalo Wyoming that said:

"Wyoming, where Men are Men
and Sheep are Nervous"

BTW, that feller is wearin a black hat, mine's white.

This calls to mind a story I read in the Gillette newspaper some years ago. It was in the "police Reports." I won't go into detail - I'd probably be banned if I did, but let's just say that it involved a goat, a hardhat liner and a guy smokin' a pipe. I'll leave the rest to your imaginations. This State can be pretty strange sometimes.

Wyo

There are strange people and strange places in every state.

I hunted deer and antelope in Wyoming at least 6 years in a row, maybe 7.

I have done a horse back deer hunt and a couple of horse back elk hunts.

And I have hunted Prairie dogs 4 times there in addition. I have some good friends that live in Wyoming.

I have driven through the state at least 20 other times, and spent at least one night in the state each time.

I have been to Yellowstone Park at least 6 times. Usually for at least a week some times for as long as 3 weeks.

I never met a Wyoming Resident that was not Good People.

I can say the same for Montana and Idaho too, I have been to those states a few dozen times as well.
