did any one that bought the pc mp 2.0 carry comp compact poly. not get a cleaning kit? i just bought one new and thought they came with the kit but it did not. thanks

I think it comes and goes. I know I got one years ago when I bought a PC EZ 380. Another time I got a knife and flashlight. If you want one, you can find a very similar, if not the same unit on Amazon for a few bucks. It's just not marked as S&W.

It depends on how your specific SKU was packaged. My full-size PC poly carry comp, SKU 14415, did not come with the cleaning kit, but my Shield Plus PC carry comp, SKU 13990, did.
Try going to the S&W website, look up your SKU and open the Spec Sheet under Downloads. It will say if the cleaning kit is included.
Mine came with one.
I've never used the one I bought off Amazon either. Or the one I got from the USCCA when I joined that. They're just neat to have. I use a box with a collection of bits and pieces I've picked up over the years. I've still got the folding knife and flashlight I got with another Shield years ago too.

Another, mine came with one. S&W SKU13989. I'm not sure the full size "exclusive" thru some dealers with extra 15 or 17 rd mags, and full size frame. Mine is the M&P (polymer) PC Comp Carry Comp, came with a snazzy cardboard box, all the extras were in the bottom left hand corner, the pistol in its space age blue plastic bag. And on the far right the kit sits at the other end. It's a cool little cleaning kit. But an equivalent would be like one of the 8-10 bucks. It's basically just got a fancy little hard case. Personally I wish they had taken the cleaning kit out and put it in a decent plastic hard case for the pistol. I never use them either but still? This is either my 5th or 6th brand new S&W since my first 4506? Waaaay back then, they still came in a white cardboard box. But I'd still choose this gun again and again. Love it!

mine did not come with the cleaning kit but i love the gun. i have the same one you do. i was very surprised to see it in a cardboard box when i got it. even the cheap handguns i have bought come in a hard case and most of them came with cleaning rods and some other little stuff and they where half the price of the smith and wesson. reason for this post was i had seen on youtube and in some gun reviews that the gun came with the kits and when mine did not i was wondering if my dealer had taken the case. but i guess i just didn't get one with a cleaning kit. the gun it self feels great in hand and shoots very nice
