(In my line of work its your never there for a pat on the back or when they want to ask how things are in your personal life)

"Sir, can you confirm your grid coordinates" -- unnerving if radioed to you from an artillery firebase after they have radioed "Rounds out" (meaning rounds fired and on the way) or from a TAC after letting you know that your CAS (close air support) has released its ordnance.
Thankfully, this almost never happens. "Almost never" being the operative words.

I would think this one has to be the eventual winner.
For civil aviation pilots who have just landed at an unfamiliar airport, there is the imposing little man in white shirt and tie (usually with copious ink pens in his shirt pocket) who walks up to you and asks, "Who is the pilot of this aircraft?"
