IMHO, she was a true Lady. She was obviously smart as could be, articulate, comfortable with herself and a great representative for Denton, TX, and Kentucky. We are diminished............

.... is too many red blood cells. Though treatable is has complications such as risk of thrombosis. That's really sad. She had looks, smarts and everything that goes with it.

I remember her sports broadcasting career very well.
She brought grace and dignity and added to the viewing experience and, while attractive, her looks were secondary to her gift for connecting with her audience.
