The scope you choose will largely depend on your intentions with your weapon.
Tell us what you plan on doing with it and how you plan to use it and we can help you out.
.
I did in my first post![]()
Lol, see thats what I get for reading the title then jumping to the links you posted.
Sorry for missing that.
I would be partial to the first one you posted, but I know a lot of folks around here seem to like the Prairie arms(I think thats what they all talk about) someone will chime in and talk about it. I think it is the PA M4 everyone likes.
If the choices are limited to those three then I would chose the NC Star.
well played sir
Here are what I am considering, the gun will be used for target shooting with the kids(teens) mostly@ 25-50 yards. In the fall it will pull duty as a small game killer. It may also pull duty as a wood chuck killer in the field behind my house occasionally.

Hello, Dave, I am curious as to why you are not considering a variable power scope (maybe for the wood-chucking?).
I have the NcStar 3-9x 42 compact tactical (rubberized) scope and for the same amount of $$$....
I have NO complaints about mine and enjoy the heck out of it!![]()

I honestly cant see a reason for a 9 power scope on a 22....whats it's effective range to make reliable kills....70 yards tops?
