Congrats, nice revolver! 
I need one, if only to get a pair of original K/L magna grips. The way these are priced now, it's cheaper to buy the gun and then sell it with a different grip installed.

Love the 581 -- it somehow comes out of the Old West...

I paid the mans price of $600 without dickering. I also picked up a shooter 681 for $350 separately. I couldn't pass on the 581, it's the cleanest one I've ever run across.
I'd've done the same -- incredible bargains; don't ever come back here with stories like these.

I'll be listing this one soon for $675. I can't bring myself to get her dirty and wanted to try to keep it within a group of guys whom truly appreciate a fine fighting gun.
