Scored on this 686-3 a few weeks ago from one of our local pawn shops, just put on a nice set of combats that I bought off an ebay auction.

I'll do one better and pay the postage and FFL transfer![]()
Eh, seen one, seen 'em allOn a serious note, there are some very nice guns pictured here. I don have pictures of my
.357s, but they are a 6" 586 and a 2 1/2" Model 19.
I thought I being from Houston also I would post my 686 to the thread

Anyone want to play Name This model? Hint, it's accurate enough for a scope to be useful.

Cylinder stop nothches aligning with the flutes Points to a 7 shot L frame 686+ , MIM / IL frame is dash 6 or higher, half lug barrel was a stocking dealer special .
I don't have many and none are true "classics" like those older Model 27s and such but here are my .357s.
Clockwise from the top left, they are a 6" 686-4 PowerPort, a 6" 686-3 Classic Hunter, a 4" 686-3 with target trigger and hammer and the pride and joy of the group, my 5" 686-3 National Match (I apologize for its imported stocks but they are comfortable).
