Pizza Boxes.....

I use it as a mat on the counter when I am cleaning my handguns and then any spilled cleaners or over spray are in the box and not on my counter

Sylvester Stallone did this same thing in a movie called Cobra. He kept his cleaning kit in a box from a dozen eggs. Cleaned his 1911 in the pizza box.

I work with a guy who does something similar, except he's anal retentive about it. While he was working on a large pump assembly, I discovered his cardboard with all the bolts in order...and numbered...and clean as a surgeon's scalpel.

I scrounged up three similar bolts from a dead pump. I cleaned and numbered them and placed them on his cardboard. Several weeks passed before he got the parts needed to re assemble his pump. Several extra days passed before he could admit to having parts left over and needing "Somebody to take a look at this, 'cause I just can't figure it out".
You sir....are an evil person!

em-man: As an auto tech I have never had anyone put extra bolts on my magnetic trays. I have had others in the shop take bolts from my tray because they(needed them) and that is more frustrating than having extras.

I pride myself on putting every bolt and nut back on the vehicle after a head gasket or big engine job. but i can see the humour in having bolts left over.
