Please help is this a frame crack????

I dealt with cracked frames on a nickel Model 38 and a Colt Agent some years ago. There will be no doubt when the frame cracks; you'll know it instantly. Accuracy deteriorates significantly and it suffers even more when the barrel turns ninety degrees and you can no longer see the front sight blade.

Thank you so much!! That is so much nicer than what I was going to say----and what I was going to say would have had me in more trouble than imaginable--------never mind the extenuating circumstances.
