Ted was purchased at 8 weeks old by an elderly woman who should have rescued a 10 year old dog. When he proved himself to be a puppy, she got a pill pushing veterinarian to prescribe tranquilizers. When we got him he was on 30 pills a day, three different medications. It took us two months to wean him. We believe the drugs addles his brain. It is truly criminal what people do to animals. A special place in hell for the old woman and the vet.
