Please tell me I didn't pass up a DEAL...on a pinned/recessed model 66

I recently got a 4" 66 for $415 OTD. Same GS now has a 2.5" 19 for the same price. You made the right decision IMO.

Had he purchased the 66 with the rust spots, how would you repair those spots?
