keys, old fashioned oval plastic squeeze coin holder (it has the local high school football schedule for 1985 printed on it) in right front with Benchmade Phaeton clipped to it.

Right rear usually empty, but sometimes a handkerchief

I use an IWB at 4 o'clock and it has a Browning HP today

Wallet and Fenix light always in left front. ccw in right front, poop bag in left rear (for the dog), and Benchmade assisted open knife in belt sheath. Ink pen and index card in my shirt pocket and I'm never out of the house in a shirt that doesn't have at least one breast pocket and often two.

Pistol IWB

In the summer- I'll sometimes pocket carry in cargo shorts, so there's some shuffling. If I have a revolver, speed strip moves to RF, and the keys and knife shift to left.

Left rear pocket holds:
folded Kleenex, about 5.

Right Rear pocket holds:
Usually nothing but
Sometimes the keys.
Sometimes used Kleenex.

Left Front pocket holds:
Will usually have two spare shield 9 mags.
Sometimes a small amount of change.

Right Front Pocket holds:
Mini AAA flashlight from the auto parts store "Police Security".
My wallet with DL, CCW license, credit cards, retired ID & star, loot, etc.
My keys (Yep, with a P38).
Clip on older locking Schrade Extreme automatic knife 2 3/4" blade.

Shirt

Breast pocket (has to have one):
Ball point pen and partial stack of Post-It-Notes.

A light load compared to some.

Left front, Wallet, with IDs, permits. Fishing license. Credit cards cash. Left front, small lock back folder, keys, cell phone if no shirt pocket or I am going to be bending over a lot. Back pockets usually empty.

Checked and it is the usual small Buck 505 jackknife that goes everywhere with me except where it is not allowed.

I'll play. Right front pocket, Smith & Wesson M38 in a Mika holster.

Right rear pocket, wallet and comb. Usual stuff in the wallet and a SMALL amount of cash.

Left rear pocket, Good amount of "walking around money" for who knows what possibility or opportunity.

Left side, on my belt, a knife pouch with whatever pocketknife I've chosen from my massive and too expensive collection.

Left front pocket is for keys attached to a ring with a Leatherman Micra.

That's it. Almost never varies.
