Polished Slide

Started today to polish the slide & barrel on my sd40 used Mothers Mag Wheel Polish, I was shocked at how well this product works with very little effort, all it take is some time and a Dremil polishing wheel, the slide is very shinny now not that brushed look, it may not be something others may like but to me it makes the pistol look 100 times better, going for the mirror finish look, wish I knew how to post pictures here to show you all the difference in look , just wanted to share.

Stumpie, you polishingbthe inards of the slide cuts also? Please post a pic of before and after Im deciding on doing this to one of the 3 i have...actually one of them i polished JUST the raised areas of the cuts and the barrel and left the pistol stock after

The inside of the sidecuts I did not do, I wanted that 2 tone of brush and shinny stainless steel look , it looks super fine , sorry but no way to take pictures and post them here

I polished my barrel to a mirror finish and two of my magazines as well. Also polished the slide but I didn't take it to a mirror finish. Love the look of the shiny stainless not the matte. Mother's Polish is the way to go.
