Poll, Submachineguns

I've had this one in layaway since last April. Still waiting on the NFA tax stamp.

If you've been waiting for approval since April I'd call and see what's up. I've received 2 approved Form 4's in less than 4 months that were sent in the end of September.

Yep...

That's gorgeous.

Sent from somewhere between the Ohio territory and the neutral zone.

The only full auto weapons I have fired are, a Thompson w/50 round drum, an Uzi, and a 10 inch barrel AR-15 w/red dot sight. The Thompson was fun and I could picture a gangster with one against police with .38 revolvers, and what a terrorizing weapon it was in its day. I always thought UZI's were a piece of **** but this one actually had a nice trigger and would be very effective out to 75 yards or so and I liked it more than I thought I would. The AR-15 was made by a friend who custom fabricated a compensator for it and it had virtually no recoil or muzzle climb. It was small and light weight but easily able to keep bursts on man size targets out to 150 yards. It was far superior to the other machine guns.

I always wanted a Thompson until I was loaned one. As stated above, very heavy, especially with a loaded Type L drum in place. For less than that weight, I can carry my G3k

I do have MP5s in 9MM, 10MM Auto and 357SIG

30 rounds of 357SIG in 2 seconds

I also have a Sten, Uzi, a few RPB M10s and a pair of M11/9MMs and others

I got rid of my P90, just could not warm up to it. I still have a KRISS. I have used 10/22s to bulid a few fun guns like a 22 Krinker Plinker

Of course the Class 7 manufacturer's FFL and the SOT do help quite a bit.

Like most I would go with the '28 Thompson first but my second choice would be a MKII Sten. BAR for the big gun. Soon here in New York the rubber band firing wooden tommygun will be illegal.

I fired a full auto M16 once. It was no fun as far as hitting anything.....

Besides, I can't afford to feed any full auto firearm!!!

But, "if I could" it would be a good ole Tommie Gun..........man, those things are KEWL.............

9mm UZI. A while back someone mentioned that the Israelis used a custom 40 caliber sub for the raid on Intebbe. That would be cool.
OT: An m4 would make me happy, automatic that is.

I've handled several, when I was in the Army, but my favorite one was a Dutch contract Uzi with a wooden stock, no folder. That fixed stock handled great.

Yeah the wooden stock on an Uzi is quite an improvement over the steel folding stock.

BTW, it's not "fixed". It snaps on and off with a latch in the bottom. There's no challenge in switching between the steel folder and the wooden stock.

Here's a short video of a friend doing a 25 round mag dump using my Uzi with the wooden stock attached.
