Here's some on Amazon.com. Never tried this brand, so I can't tell you anything about them. We have other brands available in all the convenience stores around here.

I buy Mac's Original Chicharrones - Pork Cracklins at my local Wally. Says "Fried out pork fat with attached skin, salt added" on package. They ain't bad at all...

Pork rinds are standard fare around these parts and yes they are made from pigskin.

I just like to say the word "Chicharrones". It sounds like a Cheech and Chong word. "Hey man, pass me some chicharrones". "Naw man, get your own chicharrones".
