I have Tru-Glo TFOs on my 40c that I also use on my Glocks and XDs. I really like those sights for excellent visibility day and night.

I have the stock ones that I think are trijicon's on my fs m&p. They are the newer style with the shelf/notch in the rear sight for one hand slide racking.

Orange Trijicon HD's. I tried the TFO's but I like this one a lot better.

I keep David Bowie's "Operators" on mine, and love them over all else for combat shooting. Heine's straight 8's come in a close second, if your preference is 2-dot. I don't think you can go wrong either way.
