Here is the update on what we know so far.
Gunner went to the hospital at 6:30 this morning at noon we got a text that they were just starting to close up the surgery on his leg's.
After surgery he was in recovery for most of the afternoon and he started getting muscle spasm's in his leg's so they gave him more medication for pain and as of now he is sleeping comfortably.
At this time depending how he progresses with healing will decide if he will need a body cast or not.
I will try to let you all know as he progresses .
Update to the Update I was just told that the surgery was more extensive than originally planed they also had to rework his hip sockets . He is in a lot of pain so they are keeping him doped up to control the pain.
I feel so bad for the little guy I swear this morning I was feeling simpathy pain in my hips.

Update as of 2 hrs ago Gunner was released from the hospital.
I wonder if it's to soon but they say there is less chance of him getting a staff infection or pneumonia.
He was only in the hospital for a little over 2 1/2 days after the major surgery on his hip's and femur's.
He is still under heavy medication for the pain and the next 10 days will be critical for his healing. It will take a year or more to get back to his pre surgery state where he might be able to stand.
It looks like he will be looking at more surgery in about 3 years.
