I'd love to do the repair. But I don't have my NYS Gunsmithing License anymore (Needed here for handgun gunsmithing in NYS and to recv and return same from either in-state or from out-of-state).
FFL lapsed as well.
I recently let my 01FFL, NYS Dealer & NYSGunsmithing licenses expire w/no renewal. I've had all 3 for 50yrs.
The last 30yrs I have been at this full time.
Just too much bureaucracy and new rules,,even for me.
I can work on my own stuff, at least for now as I read it,,but that's it unfortunately.
It was a nice run.
