Could someone post a photo of a Post War M&P .38 Revolver Hammer ?
Is this referred as a "Fish Hook" hammer ?

It is, but named by S&W as a "speed hammer" for its shorter lock time.

Iirc it was actually the
S&W High-Speed hammer.

I have a pre Model 10 (M&P) 2" SB #S95719 that has a hammer similar to pre-war M&Ps.
Is this the correct hammer for this revolver?

The early post war M&Ps retained the prewar long action and the prewar hammer. My guess is this is what you have.

There is something missing in that serial number - not enough digits. If it is S95719x, then it is from about November 1947. So, yes, it would have the long action. The High Speed hammer wasn't introduced into the M&P line until S990184 (that one shipped in April 1948).
